How to Buy
How to purchase from Voucherline
Simply place your order here online. We do not take orders over the phone anymore, due to the security required, and you can place your order with a card securely online. We use Opayo which is the UKs biggest card payment gateway so your order is safe.
If you are a company, you can order here, or you can order via Helping Hand, or our corporate platform Voucherline Corporate. Simply contact the team and we can set you up. Orders are not released until paid for.
If you are shopping online, then simply choose your GiftCard, select your greetings card if required, then your postage options and checkout! You can also select to send your gift vouchers to your recipient - adding a message as well. We place your order into a lovely wallet, but our greetings cards are fabulous and we can put a message inside for you if you are sending to a different address (otherwise we leave it blank for you to fill in).
Please note: Orders sent to a different delivery address do take longer to process as they are subject to strict fraud rules. If you want your order quickly, then do not send it to a different delivery address - send it to your address where your credit/debit card is registered. We accept payment by all credit/debit cards except Visa Electron and we also accept Paypal (just click the pay by card button).
If you would like to send us a cheque, or pay using online banking, then simply order as normal, and click PAY BY CHEQUE. This will print out an order form for you with our address details on. If you want to pay online, then please request our bank details by contacting us via email or by telephone on 0333 222 9129 (Monday to Friday 8-4pm).
Please note cheques can take ten working days to process whilst we wait for them to clear.
Terms and Conditions
Activating a GiftCard/voucher:
If you chose Protect in Post which is 1st, 2nd class or recorded delivery for your pack, then you or your recipient will need to activate the pack when it arrives if the whole pack is valued at £75 or over.
Simply email the team quoting your order number, or call us to do this during our office hours of Monday to Friday 8-4pm. Always great if you are emailing from the email address that placed the order, otherwise we will ask security questions.
Postage Options
We have a number of delivery options for you. If you are purchasing GiftCards, then you can choose from first class, recorded, or courier postage. Please note that courier is not guaranteed next day (but it usually is) as your order is fraud checked, and this can delay dispatch.
If you are purchasing paper gift vouchers, the website will advise what is the cheapest form of postage for you depending on the value of the pack.
Our handling and postage costs are:
£1.95 - 2nd class post - any value of GiftCard - see below for activating instructions, and up to and including £75 of paper gift vouchers allow longer for your pack to arrive.
£2.95 - 1st class post - any value of GiftCard - see below for activating instructions, and up to and including £75 of paper gift vouchers - Royal Mail say three working days from our dispatch but anything goes with them nowadays!
£3.95 - 1st class post recorded - any value of GiftCard and up to £75 of paper gift vouchers can be placed in this pack as above. This is not faster post than 1st class.
£9.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery - signed for - insured - all contents to the value of £500 will be activated, and gift vouchers too are covered. If over, the pack needs activating. This should arrive the next day to when we dispatch your pack. Again, Royal Mail can let us down on this, so allow 2 working days since dispatch please.
