Yes, you can use a Marks & Spencer Giftcard at marksandspencer.com. Simply add items to your basket and select ‘Pay by gift card/reward voucher’ at checkout. You’ll be asked to enter the 5-digit PIN found on the back of the Giftcard. If there’s any outstanding balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

The balance will be printed inside the presentation card behind your Giftcard. Alternatively, you can check the balance at the till in any M&S store. You can also check your balance on the Marks & Spencer website.

Marks & Spencer Giftcards are valid for 60 months from the last purchase. Any remaining funds on the card after this time will be lost. Please note that any monies on the card cannot be replaced with cash.
